Consequently, Canon Production Printing may use your personal data in relation to the evaluation and selection of candidates including but not limited to setting up and conducting interviews and tests, evaluating and assessing the results thereto and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment processes, including the final recruitment. Canon Production Printing may collect personal data directly from candidates as well as information sources that are publicly available. Canon Production Printing may also conduct background checks and assessments and store information from those during the recruitment process. Canon Production Printing collects personal data for purposes stated in this Privacy Statement.
As it is prohibited under EU Regulations 2580/2001 and 881/202 (Antiterrorism-Regulations) that any persons involved in business transactions, provide certain persons, groups and organizations monies and other economic values of any kind, we are further obliged to check your data with EU-Antiterrorism-lists.
We do not apply automated data processing methods in order gain decisions or otherwise use your data for profiling services.
Personal data shall not be retained in a form which enables the identification of a person for a longer period than required by the purpose. We will delete your personal data, if and so far there are not relevant anymore for the above purpose.
